Client: FRONTEX – European Border Defence Agency

Description: The client, with the help of an external company, was running a project in which the product was to be a system, working also offline, for collecting report data from human rights monitoring missions within the European Union. Our task was to design the system by business requirements and to supervise the technical programming work. The next stage of our work was to organize and supervise the implementation.

Needs: System architecture design, technical supervision, code audits, project scope control, maintaining compliance with FRONTEX technical requirements, system implementation supervision, participation in penetration testing with an external company, and test quality supervision.
