Supporting an existing project portfolio management (PPM) system

Description: Development and support of an internal project management system based on the Microsoft Project platform and Microsoft SharePoint. The system includes integrations with other client resources and uses components built using the Microsoft PowerApps platform (low code/no code). The Microsoft Project platform has been further extended through the Projectum solution, which significantly enhances its capabilities. The solution also uses workflows based on Microsoft Power Automate, which are partially capable of automating business processes. The system also includes functionality for generating reports available to business users through the Microsoft PowerBI platform.
Needs: Providing the ability to evolve the system as new business requirements arise, supporting the solution with ongoing troubleshooting and consulting services in case of client demand. Ensuring continuity of platform operations.
