Description: The task included the recommendation preparation by the Procodice team to take over the maintenance and development of existing PPM class systems by the client. Our team thoroughly analyzed the materials provided by the client and, based on them, developed a recommendation with full justification as to the profitability of taking over the systems in question. In addition, Procodice prepared a maintenance takeover plan for the recommended projects in this regard, along with labor-intensive estimates for taking over the knowledge of these systems.

Needs: Analyzing bids for the acquisition of maintenance and development of third-party systems, analyzing the venture’s profitability, defining risks in each project, creating a plan for the maintenance acquisition of systems for the recommended items.
